WE DID
For this project, we asked hotels to donate their used bar soaps -- no matter how bad the condition. We then used these bar soaps and recycled them into new and useable bar soaps that we would then donate to the village in Ciledug.
Our aim for this project is to research and find a way to make N-95 masks reusable by using UV light as a form of cleaning. We hope to find evidence that UV light can be used as a method of disposing the germs on the used mask.
As sustainability becomes a more important aspect of our consumption habits today, our team aims to promote healthy consumption by installing hydroponic systems in communities such as orphanages around Jakarta. This project allows communities to sustainably grow affordable and healthy foods.
